The program that the students will be taking is the Associates in Small Business Administration. However, they will be earning two certificates along the way. After their first year, they will have earned the Certificate in Business Fundamentals. At the completion of their second year, they will also receive a Certificate in Business Entrepreneuership as well as their Associate Degree in Small Business Administration. Students will take 65 credits (this includes MATH 088) and will be in a 20 student cohort that will start in the Fall. A new cohort will start in the following fall, which will lead us to enrolling 40 students at a time in this program.
Here is the course pathway they will be taking. Please note there are three electives that have not yet been identified, so no matter what school you teach in, you can still be a part of the program if you wish.
