The study of geologic, geophysical, and environmental problems using magnetic, electromagnetic, resistivity, gravity, and seismic geophysical techniques. Projects will involve geophysical and geologic survey design, data collection, data processing, and data interpretation and will require the integration of geophysical and geological data to solve problems. A pre-semester one-week field trip and weekend field trips may be required.
